#### Phase 2 (2027): GCC Expansion

* Launch in **Saudi Arabia (KSA) & Bahrain** under shared GCC ESG frameworks.
* White-label EcoVest data API for local banks and asset managers across the GCC.

#### Phase 3 (2028): Global ESG Intelligence Network

* Monetize our verified impact data globally via API.
* Integrate predictive carbon pricing models for enhanced project valuation.

#### Long-term Goal

To be the definitive, AI-verified platform where global capital meets emerging market sustainability needs.

#### **Exit Strategy**

EcoVest’s long-term trajectory allows multiple exit paths:

* **Acquisition:** By global ESG analytics firms (Clarity AI, Arabesque) or UAE-based digital banks integrating green investment tools.
* **Strategic Merger:** With regional MRV and climate data infrastructure providers.
* **IPO Path (2030+):** Once EcoVest reaches AED 100M+ in AUM and recurring revenue through its AI data division.

These exits position EcoVest as both a high-growth fintech and a **core data infrastructure company** for sustainable finance.
